Store Manager – Kanata Tanger Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Kanata Tanger Outlets location in Ottawa. You will lead the store to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach a consumer‑centric culture across all store functions.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging shopping environment for every customer.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi Strauss & Co. brand and the retail industry.
• Minimum 3 + years of store management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, reaching, and ladder work.
