About the role
The Store Manager leads a retail location in Laval, ensuring excellent customer service, a well‑maintained store environment, and strong financial performance. This full‑time position reports to the District Manager and oversees all daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of full‑time employees, including assistant managers and customer service representatives.
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, merchandising standards, and safety procedures.
- Build positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Conduct performance appraisals and regular check‑ins using Workday.
- Communicate effectively with the team through meetings and updates.
- Analyze daily sales and expenses, manage budgets, and drive profit growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience supervising retail staff and managing store operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent attendance and a professional, supportive presence.
- Ability to enforce non‑discriminatory hiring and employment practices.
