Store Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Joshua Perets boutique located in Carrefour Laval, Quebec. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales associates to meet sales targets and uphold high customer service standards.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards and health‑safety regulations.
• Maintain a customer‑centric atmosphere, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Create attractive product displays that reflect current fashion trends and brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, place replenishment orders and implement loss‑prevention measures.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and retail software.
