Store Lead – Pizza Store Management

About the role

We are happy that you are interested in joining the Domino’s team! The Store Lead is a store manager role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and upholding Domino’s product, service and image standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and hold the team accountable.
• Ensure team-wide excellence in product, service and image.
• Manage in‑week shift changes and cancellations.
• Maintain adequate inventory, cleaning and office supplies.
• Confirm accurate completion of daily paperwork.
• Handle customer concerns promptly within 48 hours.
• Adhere to Domino’s Pizza Canada policies and standards.
• Run or co‑run shifts, make pizzas, serve customers and lead the team on‑site.

Required profile

• Previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• Flexible full‑time availability and schedule.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a similar field.
• Strong customer service background.
• Motivated, driven by success and able to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent time‑management and team‑player attitude.
• Charismatic, high‑energy personality.
• Awareness of WHMIS, NS Accessibility Act and health & safety certifications.
