Store Department Associate – Full Time

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone, offering assistance and product recommendations.
• Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, labeling, facing merchandise and keeping aisles tidy.
• Perform inventory checks and hole checks to ensure accuracy.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
• Follow health and safety regulations and store policies.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking and lifting items for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Approachable attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
