Store Associate – Retail Sales Team Member

About the role

Giant Tiger is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join its store team in Lasalle, QC. As a Store Associate you will be the face of the store, delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to all shoppers.
• Accurately process transactions using electronic cash registers, mainline and self‑checkout stations.
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area and maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signage.
• Monitor hot‑selling items, perform markdowns and SKU changes as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure compliance with tobacco and lottery regulations.
• Follow health, safety and loss‑prevention policies, keeping the checkout area clean and organized.
