Stock Associate

At Steve Madden, the energy of our brand starts with our employees. We are bold, motivated, and always on the move, seeking an enthusiastic, organized individual to join our Edmonton store as a Stock Associate.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately receive, unpack, and process new merchandise deliveries.
• Manage merchandise movement in and out of the store, keeping inventory organized and accessible.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back‑of‑house environment.
• Inform the team about product availability, restocks, and new arrivals.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, pricing standards, and loss‑prevention practices.
• Support store recovery and keep both sales floor and stockroom customer‑ready.
• Assist on the sales floor when needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Participate in special projects, busy shipment days, and store goal initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through computer system and POS register system.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
