Station Project Manager

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Station Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transit station construction projects in Ontario. You will ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives while supporting the company’s sustainable infrastructure mission.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in working group meetings and provide leadership in design concept development and review.
• Collaborate with design teams to balance innovation, cost‑effectiveness, and constructability.
• Implement value‑engineering processes to optimise cost, schedule and performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, identify critical paths and mitigate potential delays.
• Allocate resources – manpower, equipment, materials – to meet project milestones efficiently.
• Lead construction teams and subcontractors, monitoring daily activities for compliance with design specifications, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and promote innovative technologies and construction methods that enhance efficiency, sustainability and safety.
• Assist in the preparation of Construction Management Plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing transit station construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Leadership skills to direct construction teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of design review processes and value‑engineering principles.
