Stadium Operations Manager

About the role

The Winnipeg Football Club is looking for a seasoned Stadium Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day execution of events at Princess Auto Stadium. You will oversee operations and housekeeping teams, ensuring every game day, concert, or corporate function runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional fan experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operations and housekeeping staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Plan, organize, and execute room and field staging, set‑ups, tear‑downs, and conversions for games, events, and banquet spaces.
• Track resources, manage work schedules, and control budget spend.
• Coordinate snow‑clearing and grounds crews, assisting with snow‑removal planning and execution.
• Operate forklifts, loaders, and other equipment to support event logistics.
• Maintain strong communication with colleagues, contractors, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to variable event schedules.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of supervisory or management experience leading operational teams.
• Ability to work highly variable hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and safety‑focused culture development.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to work in all weather conditions.
