Sr. Analyst, Sequencer

About the role

The Sr. Analyst, Sequencer will own the daily production schedule for Labatt’s Montreal brewery, ensuring optimal supply planning for weeks 0‑16 with a focus on the critical first three weeks. This role bridges brewery operations and logistics, driving efficiency and supporting cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise the daily production schedule for the Montreal brewery.
• Plan supply for weeks 0‑16, with heightened focus on weeks 0‑3.
• Minimise and track schedule changes during the frozen period using Production Plan KPIs (PPA/FPA).
• Maintain master data for changeovers and line speeds.
• Act as liaison between the brewery and logistics teams.
• Lead the Joint Daily Planning (JDP) meeting, incorporating business priorities and stakeholder feedback.
• Support cross‑functional KPIs such as volume attainment, cycle compliance, service level and supply chain loss.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French.
• College or university degree in supply chain or logistics.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, self‑motivation and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• SAP and ERP experience (ARP, APO or O9).
• Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation).
• Power BI experience (considered an asset).
