Solution Consultant – NetSuite (Technology & Innovation)

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Solution Consultant focused on NetSuite to join its Technology Enablement practice. The senior‑level consultant will work alongside strategy team members delivering client projects that include software selection, NetSuite implementations, optimizations, integrations and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategy team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and customize client NetSuite environments to create proof‑of‑concepts and sustainable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into specific NetSuite functionality together with the Solution Manager.
• Participate in workshops to define implementation strategy and apply best practices while building custom scripted solutions.
• Conduct internal testing and user‑acceptance testing on client NetSuite environments.
• Attend pre‑sales meetings to assess project effort and provide general customer service as the go‑to resource.
• Train end‑users on specific processes and applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
• 3‑5 years of NetSuite implementation or optimization experience.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and implement ERP, CRM & PSA solutions.
• Consulting experience with other business applications such as QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft (a plus).
• SaaS or Cloud experience (a plus).
• Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant (a plus).
• Mastery of Microsoft Office products.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, solution‑oriented mindset, and ability to work in dynamic environments.
