Solution Architect – CCaaS – Service

About the role

Accenture Song is seeking a senior Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of large‑scale Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business goals into innovative, technology‑driven transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex CCaaS projects, from ideation through global rollout.
• Develop and execute platform migration strategies and oversee on‑shore and off‑shore project teams.
• Collaborate with software and technology partners to design customer‑service focused CCaaS solutions.
• Plan and estimate work using Agile methodologies, managing scope, budget, risk and resource allocation.
• Gather high‑level business requirements and translate them into epics, user stories and detailed technical specifications.
• Drive strategic initiatives that enhance the company’s CCaaS portfolio and differentiate it in the market.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in client‑facing roles delivering enterprise‑grade CCaaS or similar cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management and solution architecture principles.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting transformation goals to senior stakeholders.
