Software Engineer (Typescript) – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer specialized in Typescript to join our remote development team on a contract basis. You will work on building and maintaining high‑performance front‑end components that power our web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimise, and maintain scalable front‑end components using Typescript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data flow between the front‑end and back‑end services.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through thorough code reviews and documentation.
• Implement and maintain automated testing strategies for CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with designers, back‑end developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user interfaces.
• Stay current with tooling advancements to improve workflow efficiency and application performance.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
• Deep experience with Typescript in large‑scale web projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in API integration and data‑handling best practices.
• Solid understanding of the front‑end tooling ecosystem (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn).
• Proven track record with automation testing frameworks and methodologies.
