Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend systems, APIs, and integrations that support high‑traffic event workflows.
• Develop frontend components using modern frameworks to create intuitive dashboards and kiosk experiences.
• Own features end‑to‑end, seeing your work in users’ hands quickly.
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and code quality across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to turn ambitious ideas into reality.
• Use automation, modern tools, and AI to accelerate development and raise quality standards.
• Shape technical decisions and influence the future direction of the platform.

Required profile

• Strong engineering fundamentals across backend, frontend, databases, APIs, and security.
• 2+ years of experience with modern frameworks such as Python/Django, React, or Flutter.
• Proven ability to build reliable, scalable systems that perform under real‑world load.
• Ownership mindset with a passion for solving problems independently.
• Curiosity and fast learning ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Product‑thinking attitude focused on user impact and business outcomes.
• Excellent debugging skills and logical problem‑solving.
