Software Engineer, Full Stack

About the role

Basetwo is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join its product team and help build a low‑code AI platform for manufacturing engineers. You will work closely with product and design colleagues to deliver modular, scalable features that improve plant efficiency and reduce waste.

Key responsibilities

• Specify, design, and implement product features that are reliable and user‑friendly.
• Develop end‑to‑end functionality across the stack, including AWS, Python, PostgreSQL, React, HTML and CSS.
• Participate in regular design meetings and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Build internal tools to automate workflows and boost team productivity.
• Champion best‑practice engineering standards across the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Passion for modern JavaScript frameworks and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proactive attitude with strong communication skills and a bias toward elegant, simple solutions.
• Startup mindset: self‑motivated, high‑integrity, pragmatic, and able to deliver under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and CSS frameworks.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL or MySQL and database design.
• Understanding of service‑oriented architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS (preferred).
