Software Engineer – Full-Stack Development

About the role

We are a thriving, agile tech development firm looking for a Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver enterprise software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with both technical and non‑technical teammates, continuously learn new tools, and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software according to specifications, SRS and interface designs.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative problem solving.
• Contribute ideas to improve the development process and technology stack.
• Write and maintain unit and functional tests to ensure quality.
• Assist with estimations, task planning, and time management.
• Continuously learn and share new tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience as a software engineer or developer.
• Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in a software‑related field.
• Fluent in both French and English with strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and interest in both front‑end and back‑end development.

Required skills

• Full‑stack web development (front‑end + back‑end).
• Modern client‑side frameworks or libraries (React, Angular, Svelte, etc.).
• Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Generative AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor).
• Automated testing (unit and integration).
• CI/CD pipeline familiarity.
