Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, you will work remotely while traveling to client sites for on‑location shoots, developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals, staying current on trends and best practices.
• Design and produce high‑quality graphics, short‑form videos, Reels, and posts using Canva, CapCut, and other tools.
• Concept, direct, and film on‑site content shoots, capturing photography, video, and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Manage in‑person client relationships during shoots, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Monitor, engage with, and respond to followers across platforms to build community and brand loyalty.
• Analyze key metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media coordination, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong design sense with proven proficiency in Canva.
• Hands‑on experience filming on location and editing Reels using CapCut or similar tools.
• Comfortable directing shoots and managing client relationships on set.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and their best practices.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Based in the GTA and able to travel for client visits.
