SOC Cybersecurity Analyst (Level 3)

About the role

Wepoint is seeking a Level 3 SOC Cybersecurity Analyst to join its 24/7 Security Operations Center. The analyst will protect critical assets by detecting, preventing, and responding to cyber threats across the organization’s infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse security log trends from diverse security devices.
• Develop, validate, and maintain use cases for threat detection.
• Provide incident response support and escalate actionable incidents.
• Conduct threat and vulnerability analysis, including research on undisclosed software and hardware flaws.
• Design and execute a threat‑hunting program to uncover hidden adversaries.
• Investigate compromised systems, document findings, and recommend remediation.
• Offer security consulting services and respond to security‑related queries.
