Skilled Mason / Builder for Construction Projects

About the role

Immiland Canada, together with a leading construction partner, is looking for experienced masons and builders to join a variety of residential and commercial projects across Canada. The role involves hands‑on work on site, supervising crews and ensuring high‑quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule construction workers performing bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing, tile setting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating and painting.
• Load, unload and move construction materials to designated work areas.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
• Assist with drilling, blasting, demolition and site clean‑up activities.
• Requisition materials, prepare progress reports and train workers on safety procedures and company policies.
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions and resolve work‑related problems to improve productivity and quality.

Required profile

• Completion of secondary school.
• Several years of experience in masonry, general construction or related trades.
• Ability to read and follow work schedules and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Basic English communication skills.
