About the role
We are seeking a reliable Skid‑Steer Loader Operator to join our team on a seasonal, full‑time basis. The role involves operating Bobcat and skid‑steer equipment outdoors on construction sites in and around Winnipeg.
Key responsibilities
- Operate skid‑steer and Bobcat machinery for backfilling, fine grading, and finishing work.
- Handle material movement, stockpiling, and snow removal as required.
- Perform equipment set‑up, routine checks, and basic maintenance.
- Work various shifts including day, night, weekends, and on‑call periods.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school diploma).
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience operating skid‑steer or similar heavy equipment.
- Valid Class 3 or D driver’s licence and own transportation.
- Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work and wear steel‑toed safety boots.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
