Skid Steer & Telehandler Operator / General Labourer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Skid Steer and Telehandler Operator to join our long‑term project on Keeseekoose and Cote First Nations in Saskatchewan. The role combines equipment operation with general labour tasks to support site activities throughout the 3‑6‑year contract.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a skid steer safely for material handling, loading, grading, cleanup and other site tasks.
• Operate a telehandler or Zoom Boom as required.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any defects or maintenance needs.
• Load, move and organise construction materials and debris.
• Assist with general labour duties and site cleanup when equipment is not in use.
• Participate in toolbox, orientation and pre‑job safety meetings.
• Identify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, incidents and equipment concerns.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada with a valid SIN.
• Valid driver’s licence, clean driver’s abstract and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing and perform physical labour.
• Safety‑mindset, strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Skid Steer Operator Certification.
• Telehandler or Zoom Boom Operator Certification.

• Hourly wage of $30.00 CAD.
• Daily allowance of $60.00 CAD.
