Site Supervisor – Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our premium custom‑home builds in Calgary. The role is pivotal in delivering a high‑quality client experience through effective communication, meticulous site organization, and strict adherence to safety and craftsmanship standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities from excavation through possession, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety targets are met.
• Coordinate and hold trade partners accountable while maintaining professional relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑presented jobsite that reflects our brand standards.
• Document daily progress, issues, and resolutions using company technology platforms.
• Communicate early and clearly when deviations occur, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company safety protocols.

Required profile

• Proven residential construction experience, preferably in custom home projects.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in site organization.
• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with clients, trades, and internal teams.
• Comfortable holding trades accountable while fostering collaborative relationships.
• Commitment to health, fitness, and personal discipline aligned with company culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with site documentation technology and digital reporting tools.
