Site Superintendent – Residential Home Construction

About the role

The Single‑Family Site Superintendent leads the construction of high‑quality homes, ensuring every project meets the Jayman standard. You will coordinate trades, customers, and internal teams while leveraging technology to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure homes are built to the highest quality standards.
• Utilize project management software to track schedules, trade coordination, and on‑time completion.
• Communicate with trades, customers, sales, office, and service teams throughout the build.
• Verify that all trade work is 100% complete before authorizing payments.
• Conduct safety assessments, toolbox meetings, and enforce safe work practices on all sites.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of residential construction site management experience.
• Project Management designation (PMP) or equivalent education is an asset.
• Strong multitasking, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Ability to delegate, make judgment calls, and manage complex schedules.
• Completed PHBIA Residential Site Management Program preferred.
