Site Superintendent

About the role

Broccolini is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead field operations on small to medium‑size construction projects up to $30 M, ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance while fostering collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day site activities to meet contract documents, schedules and quality standards.
• Support health, safety and environmental compliance through orientations, inspections and safety talks.
• Manage and document daily logs, worker hours, materials, equipment and deliveries.
• Assist with project scheduling (MS Project), risk management and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants and authorities to address site challenges.
• Supervise, mentor and coach field staff, promoting a safe and productive environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• 4+ years progressive on‑site construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of construction documents, regulations and safety practices.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
