Site Superintendent – Commercial Construction

About the role

Mirabelli Corporation is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead commercial renovation projects across the Greater Toronto Area. You will oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site construction from start to finish, adhering to schedule and budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring contract commitments are met.
• Maintain regular communication with owners, management, and the Project Manager on project status.
• Oversee quality control, safety program compliance, and site housekeeping.
• Verify subcontractor scopes of work, change orders, and purchase orders against plans.
• Obtain required permits and licenses, schedule inspections, and manage temporary utilities.
• Lead weekly meetings, pre‑construction sessions, and punch‑walk/turnover activities.
• Prepare and deliver close‑out documentation, including manuals, certificates, and final photographs.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and permitting processes.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing documentation and close‑out procedures.
