Site Reliability Engineer (Monetization)

About the role

Xsolla is seeking a pragmatic, product‑mindset Site Reliability Engineer to own the application‑level infrastructure and reliability of its high‑traffic Monetization domain. You will work across the full stack—from Kubernetes manifests and Helm charts to SLOs, capacity planning, and production readiness—while collaborating closely with product development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain Helm charts, Terraform configurations, Kubernetes deployments, runtime configuration, and service‑level networking for the Monetization domain.
• Design and implement observability solutions, including SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, and dashboards using Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
• Develop and evolve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) with automated deploy and rollback capabilities.
• Perform capacity planning, performance testing, and production readiness assessments.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and incident response as part of the SRE organization.

Required profile

• Strong product focus and ability to balance developer velocity with reliability needs.
• Experience operating production services in a cloud environment (GCP/GKE or comparable).
• Comfortable writing code and managing infrastructure as code.
• Collaborative mindset, able to partner closely with engineering teams.
