Site Reliability Engineer – DevOps/Cloud – $85/hr

About the role

Contributors will evaluate and improve frontier AI coding models by performing realistic infrastructure engineering tasks. The work involves using AI coding agents to design, implement, and assess cloud‑native solutions, with a focus on reliability and automation. Positions are limited and filled on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Key responsibilities

• Use frontier AI coding agents to complete and evaluate complex infrastructure engineering tasks.
• Review model‑generated implementations on cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation tools.
• Identify bugs, edge cases, reliability issues, and failure modes in generated code.
• Compare outputs from multiple AI models and assess their strengths and weaknesses.
• Apply professional engineering judgment to realistic infrastructure scenarios.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, or observability tooling.
• Regular use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or Gemini CLI.
• Ability to evaluate model‑generated infrastructure and reliability solutions.
• Experience supporting production‑scale systems is a plus.

What we offer
