Site Manager

About the role

CAM Industrial Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Site Manager to lead all site‑level operations, from maintenance and capital projects to health, safety, and environmental compliance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will be the primary liaison with clients and ensure the site adheres to corporate standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Promote HSE concepts, conduct audits, and manage near‑miss reporting.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and client policies.
• Develop and monitor annual site budgets, providing monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee contract financials, procurement, and subcontract administration.
• Set KPI targets with clients and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead stewardship meetings to review performance and improvement plans.
• Maintain effective communication channels between project staff and clients.
• Apply fair performance management and uphold site policies and standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in industrial site or plant management.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and meeting KPI objectives.
