Site Manager

About the role

The Site Manager is responsible for directing company programs and implementing policies to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations between the company and its customers. This role oversees service scheduling, safety, quality, budgeting, and liaison activities across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to guarantee adequate service coverage.
• Prepare personnel schedules, assign staff to routes, and monitor performance.
• Inspect facilities for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Audit and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Investigate and promote improved equipment and methods.
• Review customer service requests, diagnose issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Analyze budget requests, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and ensure site meets budget goals.
• Assist in developing long‑range plans, capital outlay requirements, and proposal specifications.
• Maintain financial records including labor hours, overhead, supplies, billing, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations such as FLSA, OSHA, and ADA.
• Act as liaison among company, customers, employees, subcontractors, and maintain contract databases.
• Conduct meetings to communicate updates and support human‑resource concerns.
• Travel as required to support site operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site or facilities management, budgeting, and compliance.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
