Showroom Consultant

About the role

As a Showroom Consultant at EMCO Corporation, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, helping them select the right plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. You will combine product expertise with design advice to ensure a seamless buying experience and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist showroom visitors in assessing their needs, recommending appropriate products, and closing sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with designers, home builders, and architects to generate profitable business.
• Provide accurate quotes and delivery dates quickly and reliably.
• Enter orders and quotations into the system, expedite purchases, and keep customers informed.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, including short payments and returns, exceeding expectations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product literature and display materials.
• Drive showroom sales through promotions and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Support additional tasks as requested by management.

Required profile
