About the role
Precision Well Servicing is hiring a Shop Hand to support daily upkeep and maintenance at its Grand Prairie shop. Reporting to the Fleet Mechanical Manager, you will help keep the facility running smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parts and supplies locally.
- Stock incoming parts and materials.
- Perform seasonal maintenance, including shovelling snow on exterior walkways.
- Carry out general repairs using hand tools.
- Conduct monthly facility inspections.
- Assist shop and operations personnel as required.
- Support hot‑shot deliveries, including out‑of‑town trips.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety culture.
- Valid Class 5 Driver License (Class 3 is an asset).
- Provide a 5‑year Commercial Drivers Abstract.
- Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools.
- Strong customer‑service skills and effective communication.
- Self‑starter able to work with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, stand and kneel for extended periods.
Required skills
