Shipping Coordinator

About the role

Samsung SDS is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations. You will act as the central point of contact for customers, carriers, and warehouse teams, ensuring smooth flow of goods and accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipping, receiving, storage, returns and distribution activities.
• Maintain and update Bills of Lading, Proofs of Delivery and other shipping documents.
• Track inventory movement, support cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Enter and maintain logistics data in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other internal tools.
• Prepare basic operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Communicate with warehouse teams and other departments to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support health, safety and security procedures and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; French or Korean is a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse coordination or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
