Shipper/Receiver – Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist

About the role

The Shipper/Receiver ensures the accurate and timely movement of materials and finished goods within a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Reporting to the Shipper/Receiver Team Lead, you will handle order fulfillment, inbound inspections, and RMA processing while maintaining inventory integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders according to sales orders, packaging specs, and carrier requirements.
• Perform final visual inspections of products and packaging before shipment.
• Prepare shipping documentation (packing lists, waybills) and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Receive inbound materials, verify part numbers, quantities, and condition against purchase orders.
• Report damages, shortages, and overages; support resolution with Purchasing, Quality, and Production.
• Process RMAs, validate serial numbers and quantities, and communicate discrepancies.
• Enter all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions accurately in NetSuite and RF‑Smart.
• Maintain organized records for domestic and international shipments.
• Operate pallet jacks, stackers, carts, dollies, and box tapers safely.
• Participate in 5S housekeeping and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma; post‑secondary training or equivalent experience is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipper/receiver or warehouse shipping/receiving role.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg frequently and 25 kg occasionally; stand for extended periods.
• Experience using packaging and material‑handling equipment.
