Shipper/Receiver – Warehouse Operations

About the role
We are looking for a dependable Shipper/Receiver to coordinate the movement of goods within our manufacturing facility in Kelowna. The role involves preparing shipping documents, overseeing loading and unloading, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Determine shipment methods and schedule distribution of goods.
- Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents.
- Inspect incoming goods against invoices, record shortages and reject damaged items.
- Route goods to appropriate storage areas and unpack received items.
- Oversee loading and unloading, supervising material handlers and helpers.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Experience in shipping/receiving is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle up to 23 kg.
Required skills
- Forklift Operator Certification.
- Proficiency with database software.
- Experience using MS Windows.
