About the role

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will support the Store Manager in running daily operations during your scheduled shift. You will lead a team of partners, ensure a smooth flow of service, and create the “Third Place” experience for customers through fast, high‑quality beverages and a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legendary customer service by addressing each guest’s needs promptly.
• Execute opening and closing duties, including cash handling and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
