About the role

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will support the Store Manager in delivering the legendary Starbucks Experience during your scheduled shift. You will lead a team of partners, ensure smooth operations, and maintain a welcoming, clean environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy partners and delegate tasks to meet service standards.
• Maintain calm and composure during high‑volume periods.
• Anticipate customer and store needs, adjusting service accordingly.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching, feedback, and support to partners.
• Ensure cash handling, safety, and security procedures are followed.
• Oversee opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality beverages and food following recipe standards.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
