About the role

Join the team at the Victoria International Airport and lead a busy Tim Hortons outlet as a Shift Supervisor. You will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Management Team in maintaining consistent service standards.
• Coach and train team members, acting as an induction buddy.
• Communicate daily priorities, duties, and performance expectations.
• Monitor and document team performance, providing feedback and corrective actions.
• Oversee cash handling, temperature logs, and product quality.
• Ensure completion of restaurant checklists, cleaning schedules, and brand operational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proven supervisory and cash‑handling experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and convey instructions clearly.
• Team‑player attitude in a fast‑paced food‑service setting.
