About the role
We are looking for a Shift Manager to lead our fast‑food restaurant team in Winnipeg. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and create staff rosters.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of food‑service staff who prepare and portion meals.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Ensure food and service meet quality‑control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast‑food or restaurant environment.
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and able to work evenings, nights, days, weekends and overtime as needed.
- Team player capable of leading staff across various areas of responsibility.
