Service Plumber

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Service Plumber to join our Commercial Division in Dieppe, New Brunswick. The role involves providing plumbing service work, supporting estimates, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with estimates for service work and small projects.
• Develop and strengthen customer relations.
• Process service reports for ongoing contracts.
• Organize and coordinate daily activities for assigned service work.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and plumbing equipment according to client specifications.
• Troubleshoot hydronic heating systems.
• Recertify backflow prevention systems.
• Support cost/job estimates and proposal submissions.
• Read and interpret drawings and contract specifications.
• Requisition materials and supplies as required.
• Resolve work problems and recommend productivity improvements.
• Ensure safe working conditions in line with company policy.
• Provide status reports on service work to direct report.
• Prepare timesheets, service reports, and other paperwork for billing purposes.
