About the role
McPhillips Toyota is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department in Winnipeg. The role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting customers and addressing concerns and needs in a timely fashion.
- Fully documenting every job on work orders—from complaint to cause to correction.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with both the customer and technician.
- Ensuring that the customer’s expectations are met and that promised time is achieved.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Ability to multitask.
- Minimum of two years experience in the automotive industry.
