Service Advisor

About the role

Join Dilawri Group, Canada’s largest automotive network, as a Service Advisor at the Audi Queensway dealership. You will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone, providing courteous front‑line service.
• Explain repair recommendations and the nature of required work.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service lane flow.
• Sell labour, parts, and recommended maintenance to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
• Deliver an extraordinary experience that reflects Dilawri’s values of excellence and integrity.

Required profile

• Strong aptitude for customer relations and service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivation to sell required maintenance and add value for customers.

Required skills

• Experience with CDK dealership management software (preferred).
