Service Advisor – Automotive Service Role

About the role

The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles to the Lexus of London dealership, ensuring a smooth service experience and driving profitability through effective service sales.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, capture vehicle concerns, and create accurate repair orders.
• Estimate costs and completion times, and coordinate with the Service Manager as needed.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress, communicate delays, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Review completed repairs with customers, handle signatures, and manage paperwork.
• Identify repeat issues, schedule follow‑up service, and arrange loaner or alternate transportation.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of automotive equipment.
• Understanding of customer satisfaction and retention techniques.
• Ability to maintain records and generate reports using a computerized maintenance system.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively at all organizational levels.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
