Service Advisor – Automotive Service

About the role

Pfaff Subaru is seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to join its award‑winning team in Guelph. You will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a smooth, transparent experience from appointment scheduling to vehicle return.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in‑person and by phone, answering service inquiries promptly.
• Schedule service appointments and gather vehicle information before arrival.
• Create, manage, and close work orders, providing accurate quotes and estimates.
• Invoice work orders, process payments, and forward receipts to accounting.
• Update customers on vehicle status and recommend additional needed work.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to support overall dealership operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive field.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet simultaneous deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CDK dealership software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using Internet Explorer for web‑based applications.
