Server – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Server to deliver an extraordinary guest experience at 3 Brasseurs. As the face of our brand, you will ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, friendly service from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and promote the brewery’s tap, seasonal beers, and food pairings.
• Take orders accurately, transmit them to the kitchen, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Present dishes and beverages according to brand standards, maintaining high quality and visual appeal.
• Set and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, and uphold hygiene standards.
• Promote loyalty programs, specials, and promotions, encouraging repeat visits.
• Handle payments and invoice distribution in line with established procedures.
• Provide beer samples and advice to assist customers in making choices.
• Support teammates during busy periods, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
