Server – Deliver Exceptional Guest Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Server who puts the customer experience at the heart of every interaction. As the brand ambassador of 3 Brasseurs, you will ensure guests enjoy a friendly, seamless visit from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Offer an extraordinary customer experience at all times by applying established standards.
• Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and promote the brewer's tap, current beers, and best beer service.
• Suggest appetizers, main courses, desserts, and create appealing beer‑meal pairings.
• Take orders accurately, transmit them to the kitchen, and ensure follow‑up.
• Ensure flawless presentation and serving of dishes according to standards.
• Set tables and maintain cleanliness before, during, and after service.
• Promote programs, promotions, and the loyalty card.
• Advise customers, offer beer samples, and handle payments according to standards.
• Keep workspaces and the restaurant clean, remain visible and available to guests, and support teammates as needed.
