SEO Specialist – Remote Contractor

About the role

PatientPartners, a digital marketing agency serving physiotherapy and wellness clinics, is seeking a remote SEO Specialist. You will own the full SEO lifecycle for multiple client sites, driving organic growth and optimizing Google Business Profiles while working within our SOP framework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to shape content and optimization strategies.
• Set up and manage Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
• Optimize on‑page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links) across service and location pages.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes.
• Build and maintain content calendars and collaborate with a content writer.
• Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles, citations, and directory listings.
• Update client WordPress sites (services, team members, pricing, links) and maintain core/plugins.
• Work confidently with Elementor or Kadence page builders.
• Track SEO performance, report rankings, traffic, and GBP trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage tasks in Asana, keeping status current.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience, with a strong focus on local SEO.
• Proven ability to manage multiple websites simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong independent time‑management.
• Excellent organization and clear communication skills.
