SEO Specialist (Intermediate/Senior)

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our fast‑growing web marketing team. The role will focus on implementing and managing advanced SEO strategies to boost traffic, engagement and ROI for major client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive on‑page and off‑page SEO audits and monitor their implementation.
• Make technical SEO recommendations and implement changes within client CMS or documents.
• Conduct keyword research, analysis and develop data‑driven optimization plans.
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics and Search Console and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide on‑site training for partners and clients in the Montreal area.
• Support continuous improvement of internal processes and contribute to R&D activities, including our AI platform.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and ensure quality control of deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Self‑motivated, organized and capable of both independent and team work.
