About the role
As an SEO Manager at Webserv, you will lead organic growth for mission‑driven clients, primarily in the behavioral health sector. You will own the end‑to‑end SEO process—from technical audits and AI‑assisted content optimisation to conversion rate optimisation—turning search performance into tangible business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for assigned clients, aligning roadmaps with business goals.
- Conduct full technical, content, and authority audits and deliver prioritized recommendations.
- Lead client relationships, delivering monthly check‑ins and quarterly business reviews focused on leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Track North Star Metrics, translating traffic and keyword data into actionable insights.
- Oversee AI‑generated content for accuracy, tone, intent, and E‑E‑A‑T compliance.
- Drive CRO initiatives by analysing user behaviour and improving conversion paths, CTAs, and UX flow.
- Implement technical SEO fixes (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, internal linking) using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and GSC.
- Identify consultative growth opportunities for upsells or cross‑sells when appropriate.
- Share SOPs, case studies, and learnings to elevate team performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading SEO strategy and account management for multiple clients, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong technical SEO foundation with the ability to run audits, diagnose issues, and validate fixes independently.
- Consultative communication style, capable of translating data into clear business recommendations.
- Comfortable collaborating with PPC, sales, admissions, and development teams when needed.
