SEO Manager

About the role

Phoenix is seeking a growth‑oriented SEO Manager to expand the organic reach of its telehealth platform. You will turn search data and audience insights into strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and trust for men’s health services such as erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight management, and testosterone optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an SEO strategy that drives qualified organic traffic and conversions across key health categories.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and guide content creation.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, and on‑page content for users and search engines.
• Partner with content creators to ensure SEO fundamentals are embedded in articles, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with developers to maintain technical health of the site, including crawlability, speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Monitor performance metrics such as rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates, and report on KPIs.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends, experimenting with new tools, AI integrations, and automation.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in a DTC, tech, or healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Proven ability to analyze data, translate insights into strategies, and communicate results clearly.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with content, marketing, and product teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
