SEO, GEO & Ads Specialist (Remote Subcontractor)

About the role

Assist-her, a women‑led virtual support agency, is seeking a results‑driven SEO, GEO & Ads Specialist to help its clients increase visibility and convert traffic into measurable business outcomes. This subcontractor role works remotely across multiple client accounts, partnering with internal teams to deliver qualified leads through organic search and paid media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, GEO and paid‑media strategies that improve rankings, traffic and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and on‑page optimization.
• Manage, optimize and monitor Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, calculate ROI and produce regular reports.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements for each client.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SEO, GEO and Meta/Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and GEO fundamentals.
• Experience managing paid budgets and improving ROAS.
• Comfortable handling multiple client accounts and collaborating with team members.
• Data‑driven, proactive and able to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with service‑based businesses or virtual support services is a plus.
